Bilingual Floating Teller (Full-time)
Minimum starting pay is $17.00 per hour (plus an incentive plan). Must be fluent in Spanish and English. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel to accommodate branch scheduling needs.
Perform basic teller transactions accurately and efficiently: accepting deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, issuing official checks.
Listen attentively to members, identify their financial requirements, and recommend suitable Credit Union products and services to support team sales objectives.
Preferred prior teller or customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.
Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and compliance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
