Porter/Groundskeeper - Needed ASAP!

Now Hiring: Apartment Porter – Prosper, TX 75078
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support an apartment community in Prosper, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone interested in joining the property’s team permanently if the assignment is a good fit.
Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the community grounds and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, hallways, stairwells, and amenities
• Assist with trash-outs and preparing vacant apartments
• Keep pool areas, parking lots, and exterior spaces presentable
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
• Report safety concerns or needed repairs to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and property standards

Requirements

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Professional attitude and reliable attendance
• Interested in a permanent opportunity
