Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations. In this role, you'll help ensure products and materials move efficiently throughout the warehouse while contributing to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment.

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material-handling equipment.

Use warehouse management and inventory systems to track materials and shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts as needed.

Pull materials for production and customer orders.

Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.

2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems.
• Forklift experience or certification.

Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.

Experience with RF scanners, shipping documentation, or inventory control.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Stable first-shift schedule.

Variety in daily responsibilities across shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.

This is a Contract position based out of Urbandale, IA.
