This position is responsible for assisting with laboratory procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient research environment. The role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in biomedical research.## Education & Experience**Education and Experience:**Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)**Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required:**N/A**Preferred Qualifications:**Degree in science field of biology, chemistry, or a related field. Laboratory experience (through coursework or employment)## Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**Responsibilities:*** Perform routine laboratory tasks, including preparing solutions, reagents, and media.* Assist with basic experimental procedures under supervision.* Maintain and clean laboratory equipment, ensuring proper operation.* Collect, label, and process biological samples according to standard protocols.* Accurately record data in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.* Assist in inventory management and ordering laboratory supplies.* May assist in animal husbandry, collection of physiological data, and euthanasia.* The duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
