The Cook I is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items while supporting daily kitchen operations in accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.

What you'll get to do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines

Independently manage assigned kitchen stations during preparation and service periods

Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely, organized, and consistent manner

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 12 years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
• Ability to work independently within assigned station responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced kitchen environment
