This role offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in HR functions within a global company.

As a Werkstudent, you will support various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in a university or college, preferably studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication skills in German and English are essential, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required.

Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are highly valued qualities.

As a Werkstudent in Human Resources, your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

You will help maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. Additionally, you will support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence will also be part of your role. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to implement policies and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for process improvement and supporting the overall HR strategy.
