- Troubleshooting and addressing minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural and plumbing resulting in equipment repair and/or replacement.
Preventive maintenance will include caulking doors/windows and replacing damaged windows.
Electrical maintenance includes changing light bulbs, repairing ballast and repairing light fixtures.
Plumbing maintenance includes unclogging toilets/urinals and sinks, fixing water leaks and repairing water fountains.
Structural maintenance to include painting interior/exterior walls and assembling or moving furniture.
This job role also assists Kendall HR with safety compliance-monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, first aid kits and overall compliance in shop area.
