About AI Training and Creative Evaluation AI training is the human side of building artificial intelligence. Specialists review examples, evaluate model outputs, and provide structured feedback so AI systems can better understand professional tasks and produce more accurate, useful results.

In this project, your experience with creative tools and professional workflows will help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. Previous AI experience is not required.

The Role OpenTrain is seeking experienced Creative and Design Experts to contribute to a project focused on design, multimedia, and AI technology. You will use your professional knowledge to complete structured tasks, review AI-generated creative outputs, and identify errors or areas for improvement.

This role is suited to intermediate-level professionals with at least two years of experience in creative or design work and hands-on proficiency with at least two of the listed applications.

What You'll Do You will complete project tasks involving creative applications, assess the quality and realism of AI-generated results, and provide annotations and detailed feedback according to project guidelines. Your evaluations will help improve how AI models understand and perform creative and design-related tasks.

Complete structured tasks using creative applications

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, realism, and workflow alignment

Perform image labeling and evaluation rating tasks

Provide annotations, detailed feedback, and quality evaluations

Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve AI outputs

Meet established delivery timelines and quality standards

Required Skills and Experience Candidates should have professional experience in creative design, multimedia production, or related workflows. Strong attention to detail and the ability to judge creative work against professional standards are essential.

At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant creative or design field

Hands-on proficiency with at least two listed creative applications

Experience with graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, fashion design, UI/UX design, or related work

Experience with image labeling workflows

Experience with evaluation rating tasks

Creative design, multimedia, and AI evaluation subject matter expertise

Fluent English proficiency and comfort working in English

Reliable internet connection

Strong attention to detail

Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
