We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide skilled therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders within assisted living settings.
Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Manage a full caseload (28-32 visits per week for full‑time positions)
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active state SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience in assisted living or post‑acute settings
