Quality Inspector
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a quality inspector in Sterling Heights, MI. As a quality associate for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Inspect parts for defects, damage, and quality issues.
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
- Identify and separate defective parts from acceptable products.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Record inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production and quality expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and handle parts as required by the position.
