Plumbing Apprentices-Journeymen Plumbers

Apprentice PlumberWe are seeking to hire six apprentice plumbers to join a rapidly growing team expanding their footprint in the Treasure Valley. Candidates should have experience in both commercial and residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction rather than service-oriented work. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and hold a plumbing apprentice card.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation of plumbing systems for new construction projects, including large commercial/industrial buildings and new-build track homes.Support the installation of water supply, drainage networks (DWV), and gas piping using materials such as PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper.Learn to interpret construction blueprints and piping schematics to efficiently route plumbing systems.Job Site Prep & Maintenance: Transport materials, measure and cut pipes, dig trenches, and maintain a clean and organized job site.Testing & Inspection: Collaborate with journeymen to test installed plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes.Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Essential SkillsExperience in commercial and residential plumbing.Knowledge of new construction plumbing practices.Understanding of installation and pipefitting techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossession of a plumbing apprentice card.1-3 years of relevant plumbing experience.Enjoy a strong benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401k. Work EnvironmentWork at both new commercial and residential construction sites across the Treasure Valley. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm, with flexibility based on project requirements.
