Inspections Dispatcher

Talon Recruiting has partnered with a National leader in rental, sales and distribution of industrial and commercial heavy equipment. As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of rental equipment and tools to customers. This position also involves handling customer complaints in a professional manner in order to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer and the Company. Create and monitor receipt and delivery schedules for company equipment

Perform daily truck inspections in accordance with company and DOT standards

Work closely with other store locations in order to assist them in meeting their customer's equipment needs

Provide adequate feedback to the Counter and Service Departments regarding the timely delivery and receipt of equipment

College degree (bachelor or associates) preferred

• Customer Service & Dispatch training, a plus
• 2+ years of experience with applications of various construction/industrial equipment
