Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in implementing treatment programs to improve patient strength, mobility, and overall function.
Document patient progress accurately and on time.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Maryland (required).
Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse patient populations
Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
