Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates with direct guidance from management staff.
Provide ancillary support to preconstruction effort such as document control, correspondence internal/external, material research etc.
Cost Analysis: Conduct quantity take-offs and build a foundational understanding systems takeoff with oversight from management personnel.
Training and understanding of cost model processes, outreach and validation
Engage in training, site walks and all opportunities and tasks assigned by Chief Estimators.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successful project estimates.
Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable.
Proficient in estimating software (\"e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating\").
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
