Typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am-6:00 pm (8‑hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am-1:00 pm (40‑hour week)

Your role as a Member Services Representative I

As a full-time Member Services Representative I at HomeTown Credit Union in Faribault, MN, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will be essential in fostering our member-centric environment, acting as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the Credit Union's brand and image by consistently conducting yourself in a friendly, positive manner that reflects our core values of integrity and excellence. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications-including Outlook, Word, and Excel-is important for daily tasks, alongside proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy in transactions.
