Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Stockroom Clerk/Parts Runner to join our team! The Stockroom Clerk/Parts Runner - Hybrid is an entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience. Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy and with close supervision or under clearly defined procedures. The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the stockroom. This entry-level position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory control and supports production and shipping operations. The role will also require driving and picking up and delivering parts to shops, vendors, and customers in a timely manner. Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Raymond West is committed to providing our customers with end-to-end warehouse solutions. Store purchased parts in stockroom bins and issue parts to technicians upon request.

Maintain accurate records of parts received and issued and perform periodic inventory count of parts in storeroom.

Work with and support all phases of shipping and receiving, control supplies and tools.

Ability to interface professionally with vendors, customers, management, and peers.

Ship and receive parts and supplies. Pull, put away, and inventory supplies, tools and materials.

Receive and ship UPS and Fed Ex order daily. Participate in Parts Department general inventory counts.

Pick up and deliver parts to shops, vendors, and customers in a timely manner

Load and unload parts safely and efficiently

Assist with inventory and stocking when needed

Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Be able to interpret parts manual and use related computer programs.

Be capable of learning all phases of the Parts Department operation with the desire to increase responsibility as the need develops.

Be motivated to continue self‑development and training.

High school diploma or general educational development (GED),

Three months to one-year related experience and/or training; Travel Requirement

Position is non‑Sedentary and will require traveling to vendor shops

The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Position will be required to go onto job sites to perform duties where construction is underway.

The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and the risk of electrical shock.
