COMMUNICATION: WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Cost Segregation Project Engineer:
Site Visit: Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas.
Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation: Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports.
Attend Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities.
Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work.
Data Gathering: Collect data about client properties, perform on-site reviews, and execute multi-step assessment processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
The ability to read and understand architectural and engineering construction plans and specifications.
