BCBA (Remote - Telehealth)

Job Description Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring BCBAs to provide hybrid ABA services in Maryland! This position combines telehealth responsibilities with in-person services, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required by the posted market, payer rules, client needs, and state licensure requirements.
Deliver remote and in-person clinical services according to client need and the work model listed in the posting.
Analyze client data and make timely, clinically sound treatment decisions.
Supervise RBTs and BTs through effective observation, coaching, and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
Communicate schedule, technology, travel, and service barriers promptly.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
Reliable internet, a private work environment for telehealth, and ability to travel when required.
