Specialty: Family Medicine / Family Practice Physician.
Setting: Outpatient.
Assignment: Locum Tenens.
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract Length: 13–26 weeks.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; schedule may vary based on provider preference.
Call: No call.
Patient Population: All ages, including pediatric and adult patients.
Average Daily Census: Approximately 18 patients; 21+ preferred.

EMR: EPIC.

Clinical Duties: Outpatient primary care; additional procedures and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Supervision: Physicians must be comfortable supervising midlevel providers.
Board Certification: Not required; Board Eligible accepted, with Board Certification preferred.
License: Active California medical license required and must be in hand.
Certifications: BLS required.
DEA: Required.
Credentialing: 30 days or less.
Orientation: Full Monday–Friday orientation week required.
Coverage: Scheduled shifts; no call.
Additional: Providers may split time between different clinic settings. Expectations should be clearly discussed and confirmed before submission.
