Salesperson - Sales

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to conduct initial meetings with prospective new clients to help them understand the legal services available at our law firm. An ideal candidate will show compassion for the stress and anxiety all potential clients feel when going through divorce, custody, probate, and estate planning. Once a client chooses to hire our firm, our Sales Associate continues supporting our new clients by providing attentive, excellent onboarding. They follow up with clients at the end of their first week, and then a month into their matter, to ensure they have everything they need and provide additional resources that will help each client be successful.

Our Sales Associate will also remain in contact with potential clients who haven’t yet made decisions about representation so that they understand our door is open to them when they are ready to move forward. This team member also keeps detailed records about their consults to provide data-driven & constructive feedback to the owner and marketing department about the effectiveness of our marketing and branding strategies…even offering possible suggestions for improvement based on their direct experiences with clients.

Non-attorney support staff are prohibited from practicing law by the ABA’s Rules of Professional Conduct and Tennessee Bar Association rules. All client-focused work done by the Sales Associate must be in support of and under the supervision of an attorney. The Sales Associate simply explains services offered by the Firm and in no way provides legal advice.

• Keep detailed data regarding work to provide the marketing team and owner about the effectiveness of our business strategies and provide possible suggestions for improvement based upon direct interactions
• Proven track record with, and strong interest in, consultative solution sales
• Experience with any CRM, particularly reporting
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus - but is not required
