Join the City of Durango as a Climbing Wall Attendant at the Durango Community Recreation Center. You'll play an important role in daily operations-monitoring safety, assisting participants, and helping the recreation center run smoothly. Prepare the climbing wall for daily use, including setting up and organizing equipment
Inspect climbing equipment and the wall area to ensure a safe environment for all users
Support general recreation center operations, assisting in other areas as needed
Basic knowledge of climbing wall operations and safety practices (preferred)
Are comfortable staying active, including standing, moving, and assisting participants throughout your shift
