Now Hiring: Estimator

Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

You'll own the front end of the repair journey- assessing damage, building accurate estimates, setting timelines, and championing the customer while negotiating fair outcomes with insurers.

Estimate labor/parts, document procedures, and set realistic timelines.

Explain damage, costs, and next steps to customers in plain language.

Draft work orders and enter repairs in CollisionRight's system (CCC).

1-3 years in collision repair/estimating with solid knowledge of processes, techniques, and materials.

Strong understanding of vehicle structure and R&R (doors, glass, fenders, etc.).
Negotiation savvy with insurers and a customer-first mindset.
Hand/arm dexterity to reach, handle, and feel components during inspections.
Ready to lead the customer experience from the very first estimate? This position may be required to execute special projects or other related duties on occasion.
