Capital Electric Supply has an opening for a Warehouse Administrator - Transportation at our Upper Marlboro, MD location. This role supports transportation and warehouse operations through accurate documentation, system entry, communication, and follow-up. The position works closely with drivers, sales, purchasing, and warehouse personnel to support dispatch needs, outbound delivery communication, manifest management, fleet coordination, and service to our branches and customers.

Support communication related to outbound deliveries.

Coordinate fleet service with Ryder and Penske.

Report IFTA mileage and monitor fleet mileage usage.

Perform other duties as assigned by Transportation leadership.

Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel.

Experience with routing systems or ERP platforms preferred. Prior warehouse administrative or transportation experience preferred.
