Ezio’s is a boutique Italian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and a curated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring a Michelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal.

As a Host at Ezio’s, you are the first and last impression of the guest experience. Your role goes beyond seating tables, you will manage flow, support guest communication, and help maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere. This is an ideal position for someone who is warm, organized, and passionate about hospitality at the highest level.

1+ year of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings

Commitment to hospitality and a love for creating memorable guest experiences

Experience with Resy, OpenTable or similar reservation platforms preferred

Team-oriented mindset and a desire to grow within the restaurant

Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

A team-first mentality and willingness to support all roles on the floor.

Manage reservations and guest flow using booking platforms

Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area at all times

Collaborate closely with managers, servers, and kitchen to deliver seamless service

Attend daily pre-shift meetings and participate actively in team training

Step in where needed to ensure smooth, seamless service across the dining room
