GIA Legacy Planning is a life insurance distribution agency helping families protect what they have built and plan for what is ahead. We work with independent agents across Phoenix and all of Arizona who are building their own books of business through a system that is already proven and already in motion.

It is an independent contractor opportunity where your results are a direct reflection of your effort, your consistency, and your willingness to follow a system that works.

You control your schedule mornings, evenings, weekends, you decide

100% remote serve clients across Phoenix and the surrounding Maricopa County area from wherever you are most productive
You build a book of business that pays you on every policy you write, with an ownership model and overrides as you grow a team
Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation

Build and manage your own pipeline of active clients and referrals

Career changers and part-timers who want a real path to full-time income

Backgrounds in sales, real estate, finance, hospitality, or customer service

You do not need a life and health insurance license to apply we walk you through licensing, carrier-paid training, and contracting step by step

Anyone looking for a guaranteed paycheck or hourly wage

Location: Phoenix, AZ fully remote

Independent contractor (1099), commission-only

Products include mortgage protection, term and permanent life, final expense, disability and critical illness, annuities, and IULs
