Flex Warehouse Person

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals for a physically demanding role in Jessup, MD. This position involves the handling and processing of storage materials within a warehouse setting. Jessup is conveniently located in the heart of Maryland, offering a vibrant community and easy access to major cities like Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities

Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.
Process orders and handle boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
Manually lift, carry, and arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.
Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on uneven and concrete surfaces.
Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
Load boxes onto pallets and trucks manually and with material handling aids.
Qualifications
Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Experience in using proprietary computer systems to track orders and determine box locations.
Competence in operating handheld scanners.
Ability to climb and balance on ladders.
Experience in loading, operating, and moving hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.
