First Palmetto Bank has a robust mortgage operation and a top-of-the-industry pay structure. We are seeking mortgage loan processors to help serve the greater Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC areas.
The mortgage industry continues to grow and provides an excellent career path. Review residential mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with investor and agency guidelines.
Collect, analyze, and verify borrower income, asset, credit, and employment documentation.
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and vendors to obtain required documentation and provide loan status updates.
