Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Silver Memories Pay Rate: Starting at $27+/hour (with annual increases of $0.25/hour for each year of service)

Shifts Available:

Shift: 6am - 6pm Full Time

Shift: 6p-6a Part Time - $2 shift diff

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana

Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical professionals

Provide wound care and manage dressing changes

Collect specimens for lab testingMonitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly and empathetically to their needs
