Veterinarian - All Care Veterinary Hospital

CareVet of Newport Pike has an exciting opportunity to join our thriving hospital in Wilmington, DE. Our Medical Directors dedicate over 90% of their time to practicing medicine, allowing them to stay fully engaged in patient care while leading the team.

Position Overview The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.

In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of CareVet leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment. We’re seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment.
