We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead and grow a pediatric PT program while working alongside a highly collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Pediatric PT Program and caseload
• Evaluate and assess children with movement and developmental challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Help children improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Provide training and support to non PT professionals
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, functional training, and specialized equipment during treatment
• Participate in leadership and program development initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
• Experience working with developmental disabilities and autism preferred
• Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping children and families thrive
