MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK FOR PSYCHIATRY OUTPATIENT CLINIC (Davenport, FL)

Immediate opening. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to expand our family-oriented psychiatry practice! We are proud of our loyal team and the excellent patient care we provide. The Medical receptionist we are looking for must have:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a MEDICAL FRONT DESK setting; Experience with Electronic Health (Medical) Records is highly desired.

1+ years of coding and medical billing experience is a plus.

Professional phone skills in answering office phone, scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging Patient Phone Calls

Collecting in-office payments, Checking patients in/out, Closing out of the day.

Scanning, faxing and uploading documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing faxes.

Verifying insurances and prior authorizations.

Maintain professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.

Complete other clerical duties as assigned

Maintain stock of forms and office supplies

Ensure reception area and offices are well maintained, neat and clean
