Human Resources Generalist -Compliance and Administration

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its growing HR team based in Overland Park, KS. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

Conduct employee relations investigations and support resolution of workplace issues.

Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and employee engagement.

Assist with leave administration, accommodations, and other employee support programs.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

Generate HR reports and assist with compliance and administrative processes.

Utilize HR technology and digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on HR initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.

2 years of Human Resources experience.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology.

Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
