Senior Electrical Engineer (Hybrid)

The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and leadership of complex building electrical and power systems projects. This role provides technical expertise across utility interconnections, power generation and distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and sustainable design initiatives, while also engaging directly with clients. Lead the design and delivery of complex building electrical systems across all project phases

Manage and mentor design teams, providing technical oversight and quality assurance

Design and coordinate systems including utility interconnections, medium-voltage distribution, standby and prime power generation, UPS systems, photovoltaic power systems, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and lightning protection

Perform and oversee power system studies including short circuit, load flow, power quality, harmonic analysis, and arc flash analysis using SKM Systems Analysis and/or EasyPower

Develop electrical master plans and support long-term infrastructure strategies

Collaborate with architects, owners, utilities, and contractors to resolve technical challenges

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination efforts

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and leading design teams for building electrical systems

Demonstrated experience with complex power distribution and generation systems

Proficiency with SKM Systems Analysis and/or EasyPower preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously

Travel: Up to 20%
