Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Schedule: Full-time

We are partnered up with one of the fastest growing General Contractors as they continue to expand their footprint across the Boston market. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for their employees.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Boston area who can lead and oversee large-scale wood frame projects from start to finish. Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence

Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects

Oversee project financials, including contracts, budgets, and purchase orders

Work closely with field teams and superintendents to keep projects on track

Conduct regular site visits, safety checks, and team meetings

6+ years of experience in construction project management

• Prior experience working on wood-frame multifamily projects
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred

Excellent base salary ($140,000 - $180,000) + annual bonuses
