Counsellor (Employee Assistance Program)

Medical Mutual is seeking an experienced EAP Counselor to provide telephonic, virtual, and in-person counseling and case management for Employee Assistance Program members seeking immediate support. You will coordinate with HR managers, handle referrals, and document through a case management system.
The role requires a Master’s in behavioral health and at least 5 years of EAP or equivalent clinical experience.
