Head of Inside Sales/Telesales

Overview: As an Outbound Sales Supervisor for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be required to assist in training & developing all Outbound Inside Sales Representatives. Manage the day-to-day activity in the Outbound department to ensure the Outbound Inside Sales Reps are meeting goals and expectations.
Provide feedback and when needed performance improvement plans to direct Outbound ISR’s to get back to standards.
Attend departmental meetings to become abreast of company policy updates and direction.
Make calls to prospective customers in the database with the intent of setting high quality appointments and demonstrating process/methodology to the Outbound ISRs.
Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 1 year in Inside Sales role (or similar).
Must have a minimum of 1 year Inside Sales Supervisor experience (or similar).
Minimum 1 years’ experience managing a team.
