Legal - Paralegal - Remote

The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, attention to detail, and have the desire to work in a fast-paced litigation group. Provide administrative support to attorneys assisting with processing invoices, coordinating scheduling of depositions, and ensuring compliance with client preferences and guidelines.
Assist with opening new files including assisting with collection of preliminary documents and information from clients and obtaining all necessary information from clients to open new files.
Assist attorneys with management of schedules including providing support coordinating travel, assisting with scheduling meetings, and managing attorney schedules.
Under attorney direction prepare correspondence and other written documents.
3+ years of prior legal assistant experience supporting litigators in civil defense in a high-volume, fast-paced law firm environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required.
• Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment, high attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
