Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position
We are seeking a licensed pharmacist for a contract position at a compounding pharmacy in Fridley, MN. You will apply clinical expertise to ensure safe distribution of medications, counsel patients on medication use and device handling, compound sterile and non-sterile preparations, supervise pharmacy staff, maintain inventory, and collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals. Doctor of Pharmacy degree and state licensure are required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
Current Minnesota pharmacist license required.
Experience maintaining confidential patient records and managing pharmacy files.
Experience supervising pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks.
Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy or similar specialty environment preferred.
Monday through Friday varying shifts: example schedules include 9:30–6:00, 10:00–6:30, or 11:00–20:30.
Weekend shifts include Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:30.
Overtime not required but may be offered occasionally.

Your role will contribute to coordinated care through communication with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy team members.
