As the Manufacturing Engineer you will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and continuous improvement within an assigned area. This role applies Lean Manufacturing principles and supports production through hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
work with supervision and maintenance to correct unsafe conditions
Analyze operations and equipment utilization to maximize quality and output
Support production builds, working closely with Production Supervisors, Materials, and Design Engineers to resolve issues
Coordinate new product introductions — partnering with Design Engineering and the production floor, establishing shop routes, and evaluating capacity needs
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
Solid internship or co-op experience
1+ year of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production or assembly environment
~ Exposure to CNC machining or machine shop environments a plus
