Order Selector: High-Energy Warehouse Team
At High Country Beverage (HCB), our Order Selectors are the engine of our distribution process. You'll be part of a professional team in Johnstown that uses modern technology to get our products from our warehouse to the shelves of your favorite local stores and restaurants.
This role is physically active and requires consistent energy. Active Work: You will be walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. The Heavy Lift: You'll handle beverage cases and kegs (up to 160 lbs). We provide the training and equipment to ensure you do this safely and efficiently.
Tech-Driven: You'll use an iPhone and Encompass Software to find and scan products. If you're comfortable with apps, you'll thrive here.
Precision Picking: Use our app-based system to accurately locate and scan products for customer orders with high accuracy.
Equipment Mastery: Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts. No experience? We provide free in-house certification.
