At Mintahoe Catering & Events, the largest pure caterer in the Midwest, we create exceptional experiences, from elegant weddings and upscale corporate events to outdoor picnics and intimate gatherings. We are looking for Event Servers who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering outstanding guest service.
This role is perfect for students, teachers, or anyone looking for flexible, part-time work with the ability to build their own schedule.
As an Event Server, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service while supporting event setup and breakdown. You'll help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining service standards and working closely with your team to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist with event setup, including tables, linens, glassware, and service stations
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
Carry trays with small bites, meals, and beverages
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service and event areas
Communicate effectively with Event Captains, kitchen staff, and team members
Support event breakdown, including cleaning and resetting spaces
Provide excellent, guest-focused customer service throughout each event
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Flexible scheduling, you pick up shifts that fit your availability
Work at a variety of unique venues and events
Day, evening, and night shifts available
Weekend and holiday availability required
Shifts range from 8-12 hours and may run as early as 6:00 a.m. Minimum of 2 weekends per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Additional weekday availability is strongly encouraged, and extra shifts may be available based on business needs.
