Full-Time Advocate

This job was posted by : For more Information, Please See RPC's Early Childhood Education Center is currently seeking a Family Advocate to join our TEAM! This position provides family support and child health services to families with children from birth to 5 years old. RPC is a people-focused agency made up of over 100 programs designed to generate possibilities for all within our community. From analysis to policy guidance to offering services to our communities, RPCs people plan for people.

Bachelors degree in Social Services or Human Development required or Bachelors degree in a related field with 2 years of Case Management Experience

Ability to fulfill DCFS requirements for personnel, including a physical exam, immunizations and a criminal record check

Ability to engage families in services for themselves and their child, maintain records of services provided, and support family-identified goals

Basic computer competency

Ability to travel to home visits, trainings and meetings.

Ability to lift children up to 60 pounds in an emergency.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Starting Hourly Wage

• 19.58 - $20.60 (Family Advocate Credential)
