Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time/FLEX
Marriott North Charleston
Towneplace Suites by Marriott Charleston is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent. Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends. Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
Part-time hours available (up to 30 hours per week).
Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
