Join our team in a Critical Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

A Registered Nurse (RN)

Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record

Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.

Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.

Assistspatients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs

Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. One year of ICU experience preferred
