Business Architect - Fulltime
Virtual Vocations Inc
Leading the analysis and design of business capabilities and processes, the full-time Business Architect will facilitate requirements gathering, develop architecture diagrams, and translate complex operational requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs' modernization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate requirements-gathering and process-design sessions with stakeholders
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency
Develop business architecture artifacts, including diagrams, process flows, and requirements documentation
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or requirements engineering
Demonstrated experience in developing business architecture diagrams and requirements traceability matrices
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements for development teams
Experience supporting data integration, migration, or system modernization initiatives Virtual Vocations Inc
