Presser - 2nd Shift

Press Operator
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team on 2nd shift.
No mandatory overtime – we value work-life balance.

Straight shifts (no rotations).

Shift Details

Training will be conducted on 1st shift.
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM (+$1.00 shift differential).
Review production schedules and coordinate with the scheduler or supervisor on job priorities.
Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job.
Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations.
Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment.

• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Forklift operation skills a plus (training available).
