What You'll Do:
As a Dining Server, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

Providing personalized dining service, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements.
Inspecting dining supplies, utensils and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a fast-paced environment; this is an entry-level position for those with a strong interest in the senior living industry.
Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required.
