As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll support the Executive Housekeeper by leading daily housekeeping operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality.

This is a full-time position that requires open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a physical fitness test.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, employee areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with brand standards.
Assist with scheduling, performance coaching, training, and onboarding of new housekeeping associates.
Help recruit and interview new team members.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
Oversee Lost & Found procedures and department documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.
Identify maintenance issues and communicate repair needs to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate daily reports and department records.
Work alongside the housekeeping team by cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed to support business demands.

Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience training and coaching team members.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
