What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. Responsibilities will include:

Managing complex calendars, meetings, schedules, and follow‑up items

Preparing presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive communications

Supporting operational projects, process improvements, and special initiatives

Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Coordinating travel, vendors, logistics, and executive‑level details

Helping create structure, organization, and efficiency in a busy environment

Anticipating needs, identifying issues, and helping keep priorities on track

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership

Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills

Professional presence and strong business judgment

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency

Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, resourceful approach

Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑accountability environment
