The Operations Manager is the backbone of the club, responsible for ensuring seamless daily functions, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational revenue. You will lead the "back office" and front-desk teams to provide a clean, organized, and high-energy environment for our members.

Inventory Control: Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting to ensure the club is always fully stocked and operational.
Maintain an efficient "back office" by filing accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.
Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on friendliness and punctuality.
Brand Presentation: Facility Management: Experience: Previous management experience required; Technical: Comfortable supervising point-of-sales (POS) operations and managing detailed administrative files.
